We may use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the Services; create and administer accounts; authenticate and maintain connected third-party accounts; publish, schedule, and distribute content at users' direction; personalize posts, images, and links; operate Journeys; provide messaging and notifications; generate AI-assisted content; provide analytics and reporting; process payments and subscriptions; communicate about accounts and Services; send communications for which consent has been provided; prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; enforce our agreements; comply with law; and develop new features.
When a business or organization supplies information about its employees, subscribers, recipients, or other individuals for us to process on its behalf, that organization is responsible for having appropriate authority or another lawful basis to provide the information.
3. Social Media and Third-Party Integrations
PostAutoPilot allows users to connect supported third-party services and authorize PostAutoPilot to perform actions such as publishing content, retrieving publishing status, accessing permitted account information, and obtaining analytics.
The information available to PostAutoPilot depends on the permissions you grant and the rules of the applicable third-party platform. Third-party services may change their APIs, permissions, data availability, and functionality at any time.
You may disconnect a supported integration through PostAutoPilot or the applicable third-party platform. Deleting information from PostAutoPilot does not necessarily remove content that has already been published to a third-party social network.
Your use of each third-party platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms, privacy policy, permissions, and settings.
4. Subscriber, Creator, and Organization Visibility
If you participate in a PostAutoPilot creator, team, employer, campaign, or subscriber network, certain information about your participation may be available to the applicable account administrator or creator. Depending on the Services being used, this can include invitation or subscription status, connected-account information, distribution status, publishing activity, and performance or analytics information.
PostAutoPilot customers are responsible for using information available through the Services in accordance with applicable law and their own obligations to employees, subscribers, recipients, and other users.
